The front-desk staff were very helpful.

I was treated unfairly regarding my service animal. They charged me a $100 fee despite having documentation, violating the ADA. The owner refused to assist me, which left me stranded, and I felt completely disrespected during such a difficult time.

it was cheap! The staff was nice!

You get what you pay for! If it is cheap you get a cheap room with crack heads and drug dealers. The updated rooms are nice but there are also mold issues and issues where a non-smoking has pillows and other items from smoking rooms. Police came to pick up someone on one day and Meth heads were outside rooms at 5am attempting to open windows to other rooms to plug in car charger. Never again!

Request extra towels upon check-in. They are not always readily available in the room.

central spot for urban walks and parks is a winner

I recently visited Boise and loved how easy it was to stroll to beautiful Ann Morrison Park, just a 15-minute walk away, as well as the Idaho Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial, only about 2 km from the hotel, allowing me to soak in the city's culture and nature effortlessly . The friendly front-desk staff were always ready to help.

The motel was clean, comfortable, and cute. It had local flavor, and the staff were incredibly friendly and easy to interact with. The water pressure and heat of the shower were great, which was very welcome after freezing a couple of nights in a tent in Yellowstone. The free workout at Anytime Fitness was a very welcome and much needed respite from the vacation poundage I added to my 42-old frame. :)

Nothing. It was great, and it served every purpose on our trip.

The reservation included breakfast but there was no breakfast included. I addressed the issue with the owner and she did nothing to resolve the issue.

Why it might work for you, or not

The location is convenient! The night clerk was genuinely helpful, going out of his way to assist guests.

Unfortunately, several aspects were appalling, including aggressive management and unclean accommodations. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome .

it had good food! the room was nicely remodeled, we appreciated an excellent bathroom in it.

You could hear the neibors clear as day talking in their room. It was a very noisy place and made it difficult to get sleep.

The person at registration was pleasant and professionally dressed which was surprising for a motel. The wall a/c unit worked great in the high 90's, and that was a relief, let me tell you. The room was very clean and the staff I saw was always engaged in their work. All these little things make a difference.

Bath/shower needs a bleach bath & coat of paint.

Loved my really great stay for the price. The rooms were spacious with free Wi-Fi. The decor was modern and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was next to nice restaurants, the college and business center, and Boise State University. Went to Joe's Crab Shack for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property. I did not want to leave and would still consider staying here again.

The budget inn has a great location, close to downtown. I loved the helpful front-desk staff, they really stood out . The rooms were clean and well-kept.

Close to downtown,fast wifi.

Rug was gross,expected a lot nicer motel,not a 40's era mom and pop from what I thought was a big chain motel.
